Absolutely poor receptionist skills they never answer the phone it just rings off and when I call back straight away it's busy!!!
Can never get through to this place... It's engaged so I put the phone down, try again and it just rings... or they answer your call to just put the receiver down without talking to you.. ignorant and disgusting attitude towards patients!.. as a disabled person it took me a week to get through about my medication..
Utterly useless, noone ever answers the phones. What is the point in having a contact number if noone is there to answer it. Phone rings till it disconnects multiple times. Never actually managed to steak to anyone
