Staff members need more training and be taught not to assume that just because someone has an accent they will leave the area in a couple of days!!I had an empty packet of medication in my hand prescribed by a local GP, if she took 20 seconds to check this she wouldn't have told me that I have to pay for the contraception pill which I get for free as a British resident and citizen or ask me how long I will be around. I have worked down the road from the pharmacy for 14 years!!It wasn't that she was not able to help me, it was the way she treated me that was upsetting. The staff at Boots were much more professional in explaining the reason they could not help and did not make any xenophobic assumptions.
This place had TARDIS sized stockroom ! The guy I saw had great knowledge too.
